Here at Horizon Organic, part of our commitment to social and environmental responsibility includes our partnership with the local food bank, Community Food Share. This year, we donated over 1,200,000 pounds of dairy and other food. We also put in 500 volunteer hours and raised over $64,000 toward healthy meals for local families in need. Right now with the holiday season upon us, our lobby is full of fun with donations of dolls, trucks and stuffed cows for the Toys for Tots program. We’re also working with our local shelter to provide holiday toys, clothing and gifts for local families. Pitching in, sharing and caring are the best part of the season.
