This is great as a dip with vegetables or breadsticks. Try it on a full-flavored fish, such as trout, or on baked potatoes.
1 cup Horizon Organic fat free plain yogurt
1 cup Horizon Organic lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 green onions
2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
Black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
