Milk plus DHA and a bit of flax oil bring a boost of Omega-3s to this refreshing treat.


Ingredients

1 cup reduced fat Horizon Organic Milk plus DHA
1 cup fresh cantaloupe chunks
1/2 cup frozen cantaloupe chunks
1-2 teaspoons sugar or honey (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)
1-1/2 teaspoons flax oil*
4-6 ice cubes
*Available in the natural section of most grocery stores
Directions

Place all ingredients in blender, cover tightly and blend until smooth and frothy.
