Growing GardensGrowing Gardens' mission is to enrich the lives of Boulder County residents through environmentally sustainable gardening programs that empower people to experience a direct and deep connection with plants, the land and each other. They believe in the power of people to co-create harmony between land, water and all living things for generations to come. Horizon has supported Growing Gardens since 2000.
Community Food ShareThrough its many agencies and programs, Community Food Share serves the equivalent of nearly 10,000 meals per day to Boulder and Broomfield county families in need. Horizon is a consistent CFS supporter, donating as much as 90,000 gallons of milk per year, as well as hundreds of volunteer hours and other valuable resources.
