Where we came from.

Founded in 1991, Horizon® was a pioneer in organic dairy. In fact, our founders were among the visionary leaders who created the National Organic Program. We were the first company to supply organic milk nationwide, and we’re proud to be America’s #1 organic milk brand.1

We’ve grown up over the years, but some things haven’t changed a bit. We began with a group of small organic farms, and family farming remains at the heart of Horizon. Today we partner with nearly 600 certified organic family farms across the country. And we continue to lead our industry, helping set the standard for best practices in responsible, sustainable farming.

Above all, we’re more committed than ever to supporting healthy families with delicious dairy products loved by kids and adults alike.
